The best property manager I have had in 30yrs of investing! The team at Xceed is really a true team covering every aspect of property management to a level that I have not ever seen in any other asset class or experience over my 30 years of property investment. They take great care in communication and always looking out for the best interests of the landlord and the tenant too. They are even able to provide advice through their network on property portfolio and future acquisitions. The icing on the cake is that they are able to pay rent into my account on a real time, immediate basis rather than waiting till the end of the month. Simply amazing.
